We’re looking for 10 curious individuals to join our testing team for manual software testing.

In the quest of building #FLAWLESS systems and platforms, and making sure we deliver the best experience to the end-users, clients, and partners,  we’re restructuring our quality assurance process. 

While our Quality Assurance Team will be preparing test plans and scenarios against system requirements and monitoring the whole software testing process, we will need a team to execute manual software testing processes and manually look for bugs and system defects.

Whom are we looking for?

• desire to learn - you don't have to be a developer, designer, or technology expert to accomplish a good job, but you must be familiar with basic IT skills 
• and attention to detail – the devil is in the details so you should be able to spot issues others usually miss
• Self-driven being able to work with minimum supervision 

Following requirements are not a must-have but will be added advantage to your CV

• Understanding programming any computer language
• Experience in software testing
• Background in computer science, information technology, and related subjects
• Basic understanding of UI / UX design

Your responsibilities & requirements 

• Execute tests once the Quality Assurance Team has developed an effective testing plan.
• Record bugs, glitches, and other flaws. The developers will later use your feedback to fine-tune the software product.
• Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
• Working in a cross-functional team
• All you need is a laptop or desktop, tablet or smartphone, a stable internet connection

Remuneration 

Once you have successfully completed the product/system testing and your bug report is reviewed and approved by our Quality Assurance team you will be compensated 25,000 TZS per day; 

Note: Testing sessions will be conducted once per week for 5 Hours remotely on Friday or in-person depending on the arrangements done by our QA department for a specific week.
