How we've made constant learning part of our DNA using our in-house training program

One of the hardest things for a growing company is to balance between hiring the best talent vs hiring affordable talent and progressively train and promote them. On the one hand, you can't really afford to spend too much time training because you have to deliver on client work, but on the other hand simply throwing your cashbook at the industry to bring in all the highest talent is not exactly sustainable. Now, add in low number of industry experts and a common desire for freelancing and flexible schedules and you find yourself with a real problem.

This is where we found ourselves a few years ago; a young company with passionate individuals pacing itself for growth but being impeded by skill mismatch and incosistent adheremce to standards. So in 2019 we dedicated a lot of energy in perfecting the conditions of #HackItFriday and continuously improving the way we conduct it and including not only our customer satisfaction team but also everyone else in the team.
